Volunteer
Volunteers are the most important part of a successful event. The CT Women of 
Hope need a strong core of volunteers in several key areas. We need people at registration to hand out bibs and T-Shirts to Pre-registered runners and walkers and to process race applications for those registering on race day. We also need people to help on the course, to help with the water stop and the finish line, and a variety of other jobs. For more information and to register as a volunteer, GO HERE.

Thanks to all who came out; we had our best crowd yet on a beautiful day in Mansfield!
The Fourth Annual CT Women of Hope Run is Saturday, September 17th in Mansfield! The event’s start and finish lines, along with the registration area, parking, restrooms, awards, etc. will be at Mansfield Middle School.
The cost to register on race day is $40 for the 10k, $30 for the 5k and $15 for the non-competitive walk. The 10k will feature prize money for the top three overall male and female runners, age group awards will be given out in both races and medals will go to all finishers of the 5k and 10k.
We are expecting a good crowd of close to 200 runners/walkers and all pre-registered participants will receive a race t-shirt. The weather is looking ideal with temperatures at race time in the high 60’s/low 70’s and partly-cloudy conditions.

10k/5k/1-Mile Run/Walk in Mansfield, CT
Join us for the CT Women of Hope 10k/5k and 1-mile run on September 17, 2016.
The 2016 CT Women of Hope Run will be bigger and better than ever. A new location, new distance, new prizes and more! The day will feature a 10k and 5k road race along with a one-mile walk/jog. Pre-registered runners receive great giveaways and we’ll have prize money for the top competitors in the 10k. All proceeds benefit the CT Women of Hope as they raise awareness, advocate, educate, provide food & gift baskets and financial assistance for those with Ovarian Cancer. If you aren’t up for a run you can still fundraise and/or volunteer! T-shirts for all pre-registered runners and walkers. This is a USATF Sanctioned Event on a USATF certified course.
We have a new location this year at Mansfield Middle School! In addition to new course offerings, Manchester Running Company is now handling the race operations and timing will be provided by The Last Mile Racing, so you know you’re in good hands.
